Q. What were you hoping to gain as the Jaggers Communications community partner for 2012?
A. Assistance in developing and executing a communications plan

Q. What services did the firm provide to you during the year?A. Advice and counsel in drafting the plan, staff training and technical assistance in implementing the plan

Q. Do you think that your brand was enhanced?
A. A work in progress, but we appreciated having a go-to resource for strategic thinking

Q. Your team gained communications experience and skills?
A. Also a work in progress, but we had more tools at our disposal.

Q. You achieved goals in creating awareness about CNE’s programs and services?
A. We were able to obtain a wide range of media coverage for our Philanthropy Day event amd implement a social media strategy.
