I just had lunch at a local law firm here and the discussion was all about how each employee, no matter if they are an attorney, a paralegal, or the office manager, has the ability to build the brand. And that is EVERYONE’S job; it isn’t just the job of the VP of sales or the CEO. You want to work for a growing company and continue to get raises? You’re responsible for helping the business grow. And social media is the most effective way to brand yourself, your expertise, and your company if you put in a little effort. So, I agree, use your name and your photo. People want to know YOU, not some Second Life persona of you.
